How do seats work?
A seat is one editor in your organization. Read-only viewers are free on Pro and Enterprise. Pro is capped at one editor; Enterprise supports multiple editors under one admin.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll get a heads-up before anything blocks. The Free workspace is capped at 1 project and 8 artifact items; upgrading unlocks additional work without deleting existing data.
Do you offer non-profit or academic pricing?
Yes — academic, non-profit, and OSS engineering projects can apply for free or discounted Team access. Get in touch.
Can I bring my own LLM keys?
Yes, on every tier. Per-user keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, and the Vercel AI Gateway, encrypted at rest. Server-side fallback keys can be configured for the whole organization.
Where is data stored?
Production data lives in a pgvector-capable Postgres environment scoped per deployment. File attachments are stored in Vercel Blob. Enterprise plans include data residency options.
